About
a year ago we
got a call from a special young
man who informed us he was going
to get married and wanted
nothing but the best for his
bride for their special day and
so with that said he went ahead
and contracted ChristianDJs.net
and requested that "DJ Johnny
Mensajero" also known as "DJ
Mensajero" personally conduct
his party.
Well a years
time has come and gone and today
was actually the big day. So
lets see how it went.
For starters...
the young couple were a bit down
and out being that the store
from which they had ordered
their tuxedos from had totally
messed up the order and got them
the wrong ones. Then... they had
their hearts set on an outdoor
wedding ceremony and of course
you guessed it - it rained.
This was then
followed-up at the same time
with the florist company they
had hired showing up over an
hour late. And then, like if
that wasn't enough; the people
in charge of the table decor
totally missed the brides
special ordered runners. So
needless to say this young
couple's wedding day started and
continued to go very rough and
they were upset and rightly so.
Therefore we are
forced to ask: can true joy
remerge from the hearts of
this young couple with all these
difficulties and obstacles in
there way. Well lets see.
First we must go
back about 30hours prior to the
big day. At this time, "DJ
Johnny Mensajero" calls the
bride and groom to offer an word
of encouragement and to ensure
that he's up to speed with any
last minute changes. And before
he hangs up he reassures the
couple that the most important
thing about this day is that
they both show up to exchange
their vows and promises of love.
Everything else is just extra
toppings on the cake. Remember
that and the call ends.
Come now the big
wedding day everything at
ChristianDJs.net is good to go
being that we test our equipment
every week and then its
re-packed so its ready to go 2
days before any event.
Then the day of the event, like
today - we then leave 3 hours
prior to our scheduled arrive
time (which is usually another 3
hours prior to the actual start
time of any of our contracted
events.) And that's dedication.
To the Glory and Honor of God
almighty we have never - ever
shown up late to an event
regardless of where in the
country the party's taken place
and today was no exception.
As soon as we
arrived someone in their family
called the bride and groom and
gave them the information: "hey
your DJ is already here" and if
only you could've heard that
conversation. Being that, with
that sentence alone already the
Bride had started to feel
relieved.
We set our
equipment up and at this point;
we are now ready to assist both
family and friends as well as
their other vendors with
coordination and information.
...And so now,
the first steps down the aisle
are taken...
Here's what
happens next:
THE WEDDING CEREMONY
To begin this wasn't just any ol' ceremony there was much to do. This couple had a full formal bridal party. They had two singers and a thematic dance team. Then there was the
official ceremony itself and other added special touches
like the unity candles, a symbolic exchange of
coins, and a literal flowered lasso.
All of which had
different musical components. But no wrong track
was played
here. This being because we have some of
the latest and most
advanced machinery in DJing Technology
added to the fact that we pay close attention to
detail as well. The fact is - that... all the
music that was to be used in the ceremony was
already pre-set placed in order and tested for
optimal sound quality days prior to the event
going off. And so each song was played on cue
without any drama or skipping compact discs.
And in the end being
that this couple wasn't going with the
traditional
wedding entrance songs "DJ Mensajero" had
remixed and played a special song for their
recessional on there way out that had everyone
jumping - to
include pastor.
Now that the formalities are over...Let's
party. Or like we like to spell it "PAR-
TEEE".
THE RECEPTION
CELEBRATION
Starting with The Grand Entrance
and their First
Dance as Husband & Wife.
Next we have "The Father Daughter Dance"
and then its time to eat. The banquet hall & caterers make sure to serve the Head Table first. Now while the Bride &
Groom were giving the Paparazzi their photo shot. Our
dynamic "DJ Johnny Mensajero" gets the other couples in the crowd
on the dance floor to rekindle their old flame...Uoooooo! And by the
end... a couple of Couples... were on fire.
Now back to the stars of the party.
Here's the Bride and Groom dancing along with their
church dance team during their second intro and change
of formal wear. As you can see they are enjoying
themselves more without the worry of damaging her formal
gown or the tux.
And to that all we have to say is: learn people learn.
Because this is smart. Very smart!
Its time now for everyone to get in on the action with
what's known as an "open dance floor" call with "DJ
Mensajero" on the turntables spinning and mixing live
- the music! Go ahead - Play the video!

Towards then end it was now time for the Wedding Cake.
But before ending we had "The Grooms Conquest"(TM)
or as some like to say the removal of the Bride's Garter.
Next comes The Bouquet Toss. Ahh,
yes the time honored tradition
of the Bouquet Toss. Yes, the groom does his throw as
well, but we don't have space for all the pictures. But
in the end... When all was said and done
- humbly we submit to you - that we were - yet again;
Rated Number "1" by our
clients.
Now the question to you
is: Did this couple
find some joy after all there aggravation? Well, as you can
obviously see in their
faces above, the answer is a definite and resounding -
YES!
